Who we are

This website belongs to Chefs for a Night, Inc., a personal chef and catering service based in Jacksonville, Florida. You can reach us at [email protected] or (904) 547-9993.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use the booking request form, that is:

your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it;
details about your event: type, date, time, number of guests, dietary restrictions or preferences, and your message.

If you call or email us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your request, plan and deliver your event, and keep in touch about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Services that help run this site

Form delivery. The booking request form is delivered to us by a form-processing service that passes your message on by email.
Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address for this purpose.
Hosting. Like any website, our host may keep standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type and the time of a visit) for security and reliability.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we ever add visitor statistics, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep request and event details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page.
